As a Regional Technical Leader in the Civil/Structural Group, you will lead a team of engineers and other experts conducting forensic investigations related to civil/structural incidents and failures. Your technical leadership builds a culture of excellence.

Work closely with multidisciplinary leaders to determine the origin and root causes of failures, structural malfunctions, product defects, and other failure‑related issues. Your leadership will help clients make informed decisions and resolve complex legal and insurance matters.

• Lead and mentor a team of civil/structural engineers.
• Maintain technical standards and provide white‑glove customer service in your region.
• Conduct technical training and advise on continuing education.
• Review and evaluate team performance for technical quality and client service.
  
  Drive achievement of regional financial goals.
• Partner with sales and marketing to meet customer needs and ensure client satisfaction via relationships and direct marketing at industry conferences.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering or equivalent discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in the forensic field.
• PE required.
• Available for overnight travel domestically and internationally.
• Willingness to travel 25‑30% of time to client sites, working in inclement weather and varied conditions.

• Testimony / deposition experience.
• SE.
