Job Description

We are currently hiring an experienced Windows Server Administrator with demonstrated expertise in VMware and Active Directory. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented professional who has proven problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage a complex systems infrastructure. This position involves managing and maintaining servers, ensuring systems are secure, and upgrading network software and hardware.

• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Manage and maintain VMware environment, including provisioning of new virtual servers as needed.
• Implement and administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core Windows services.
• Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Evaluate system logs to identify potential issues with computer systems.
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
• Maintain and administer security policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and communicate with vendors and providers for infrastructure‑related products.

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Windows Server Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role.
• O365 and Teams.
• Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
