The Principal Safety Engineer acts as the primary safety lead for facility and process safety support, ensuring safety is integrated into its development operations. They are responsible for leading hazard identification, building safety management systems and programs which ensure compliance with regulatory, industry, and internal standards. This role often involves mentoring junior engineers, developing high‑level safety strategies, and engaging with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory bodies.
