We are seeking a motivated Junior Automation Engineer to support automation systems, manufacturing equipment, and process control activities in a regulated manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will assist with automation projects, system troubleshooting, testing, and validation activities while working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
Key Responsibilities- Support PLC, HMI, SCADA, and automation system operations
- Assist with automation troubleshooting and system maintenance activities
- Support equipment commissioning, qualification, and validation efforts
- Participate in testing and implementation of automation solutions
- Review and maintain automation documentation, SOPs, and technical records
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Engineering teams
- Support change controls, deviations, and CAPA activities
- Ensure compliance with GMP/cGMP and company quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years of automation, controls, or manufacturing experience
- Basic knowledge of:
- HMI Systems
- SCADA Systems
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Exposure to pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity
