About the Role
Bolton & Menk, a top regional consulting engineering firm, is looking to add a Senior Project Manager - Energy to our team. This role focuses on energy sector projects such as renewable energy (solar, wind) generation sites, battery storage sites, and electric transmission and gas pipeline projects. The position may be based at any of our 40+ locations with the ability to work hybrid;
some travel will be required.
- Lead the pursuit and delivery of complex energy projects.
- Conduct business development activities to build and manage key client relationships in the energy sector.
- Utilize expertise in energy project management, energy assessment, and design and construction activities.
- Work with contractors and owners to develop innovative approaches to project delivery.
- Lead junior staff and promote their technical skill growth.
- 12 or more years of progressive experience managing energy or related projects.
- Familiarity with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices for energy projects.
- Experience with business development, project management, and proposal development.
- Extensive client contacts and relationships with energy companies and industry partners such as engineers, developers, planners, real estate agents, environmental specialists, and attorneys.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) is desired, but not required.
- Legal authorization to work in the US at the start of employment without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000+ depending on years of experience and credentials.
