Banner Engineering is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join the Operations Engineering team in Minnesota, supporting New Product Development and production operations. You will drive manufacturability improvements, lead DFMs, DFMEA sessions, and develop cost-effective process plans while collaborating with design and manufacturing teams.
The role reports to Manufacturing Engineering Manager and requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, plus travel up to 10% to facilities in the US.
