We are seeking experienced Validation/CQV Engineers to support qualification and validation activities for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, with a focus on aseptic/fill-finish operations
.
- Author, review, and execute IQ/OQ/PQ
, Validation Summary Reports (VSRs), Traceability Matrices, and Risk Assessments. - Support equipment, utilities, facilities, and process system qualification.
- Perform equipment walkdowns, review P&IDs, and support equipment startup.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, and vendors.
- Support change controls, deviations, CAPAs, and validation impact assessments.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and internal quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Validation Engineer: 3+ years of CQV/Validation experience.
- Lead Validation Engineer: 7+ years of CQV/Validation or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
- Hands-on experience with IQ/OQ/PQ
, equipment qualification, and validation documentation. - Experience in Fill Finish, Aseptic/Sterile Manufacturing, Cleaning Validation, CIP/SIP, and Media Fills
. - Strong understanding of GMP regulations and validation lifecycle principles.
- Experience reviewing P&IDs and supporting commissioning activities is preferred.
