Purpose

Play a key role in our engineering team, taking on increased responsibilities in project planning, coordination, and execution. Contribute your expertise and experience to drive the successful delivery of complex projects within the energy industry. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you will lead engineering efforts, ensure compliance with industry standards, and manage project constraints to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project engineering activities, ensuring adherence to project goals, specifications, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop project plans, scopes, and budgets.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Oversee engineering design, calculations, simulations, and analysis.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams and clients.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control processes.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Ten or more (10+) years of relevant
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred.
  • Extensive experience in engineering and project management.
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • Adherence to ethical and professional standards in engineering practice.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
