- Execute mold validation trials including Functional Test, Gate Freeze, D3, and Characterization.
- Collect and analyze RJG data to establish validated process windows.
- Prepare and update PODs, FW redlines, OQ/PQ plans, and validation documentation.
- Coordinate daily with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Tooling teams.
- Define mold validation scope, process parameters, and validation approach.
- Review trial results and participate in technical decisions involving process-window changes.
- Approve POD redlines and OQ/PQ draft documents.
- Ensure validation activities comply with QMS and medical-device regulatory requirements.
- Provide validation templates and confirm press allocation/trial schedules.
- Provide technical sign-off on validation readiness.
- Mold Engineering / Injection Molding
- Mold Qualification & Validation
- RJG data collection and process-window development
- POD / process documentation and redline experience
- Experience working with Tooling, Quality, Operations, and Manufacturing Engineering
- Medical device / regulated manufacturing experience is highly preferred
