ResponsibilitiesAs an Electrical Engineering Technician in Honeywell Aerospace's Advanced Sensing Technology group, you will use your technical skills to support several projects in a fast-paced R&D environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance research and development of technologies such as atomic clocks, atomic RF sensors, and photonics.
In this Electrical Engineering Technician role, you will:
- Work as part of our team of scientists and engineers to develop novel sensing technologies
- Apply your skills to build, troubleshoot, and characterize various electronic devices

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Technician or a related role
- Demonstrated experience in 2 or more of the below fields and/or skills within the last four years: electrical testing, RF circuit board assemble, vacuum systems, solder/cable building, FPGA coding, C coding, CAD design, 3D printing, circuit design and building
- Have practical experience working with testing and measurement equipment
- Sound technical judgment and opinions.
- Good interpersonal skills and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with other individuals in a team or project setting.
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
- Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.
