Semiconductor Technician

, you will have the opportunity to produce and inspect high-quality semiconductor products while ensuring safe and efficient operations in your work area.
You will report directly to our Sr Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, MN facility on an On-site work schedule, first shift Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and monitoring production equipment in your area and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, production, and quality enhancements.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment.
- Perform testing and analyze data on products and components.
- Participate in continuous improvement and maintain a clean work area.
- Set up and change over equipment as needed.
- Follow all safety rules.
Qualifications
PAY TRANSPARENCY
The annual base salary range for this position is $68, in Plymouth, MN. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma.
- 2-year technical degree in electronics or related field.
- Experience in semiconductor test or manufacturing environments.
- Due to contractual requirements, candidates must be U.S. person.
WE VALUE
- 2 years’ experience in a test lab or semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor and electronic manufacturing and test equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good coordination, dexterity, and creative thinking.
- Ability to follow up and report effectively.
