As a Lead Semiconductor Technician at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be a key player in producing high-quality semiconductor products. You will assist in developing, sustaining, and troubleshooting processes in photolithography, wet chemical processing, dry etch, inspection, deposition, and metrology tools used in MEMS and microelectronic device fabrication. You will ensure safe and efficient operations in your area, set up and monitor production, and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, and quality.
You will report directly to our Sr Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, MN facility on an Onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency, safety, and quality of semiconductor manufacturing processes, contributing to the production of high-performance products that meet stringent industry standards and customer expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOperate, set up, and change over production equipment.
Interface with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Support new equipment integration activities.
Participate in continuous improvement projects.
Record, analyze, and report on key production data.
Use measuring and diagnostic tools.
Escalate and manage production issues to drive team involvement.
Comply with all safety expectations.
The annual base salary range for this position is $77,000.00 - $96,000.00 in Plymouth, MN. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVEHigh School Diploma

- Significant MEMS fabrication / cleanroom experience
- A strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze manufacturing data and concepts
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to troubleshoot complex processes
- Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity
