- In collaboration with a talented team of engineering professionals, manage and deliver a wide variety of water resources projects including sediment transport, flood risk management, and dam safety

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the United States with the ability to obtain licensure in the state of Minnesota
- Demonstrated previous experience with open channel hydraulics modeling
- Knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, InfoWorksICM, or PCSWMM
- Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc.;
Occasional overnight travel will be required.
- Experience in dam and levee design, engineering, and construction
- Experience in 2D Hydraulic models CFD Modeling experience
- Experience working with a team of drainage engineers, civil engineers and highway designers to deliver large transportation projects
- Experience and interested in supervising and mentoring other engineers and team members
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $125,000 and $150,000 based on skill set and experience. Check…
