**** Your Role:
** As the Packaging Engineer Co-op, you will support packaging projects with cross functional teams that include R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and Operations. The role will prioritize workload based on business needs and balance workload to ensure timely launches and business continuation within a cross-functional team framework.
* Assist in the design, testing, troubleshooting, spec creation and validation of medical device packaging to ensure product integrity and safety throughout the supply chain
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory, to ensure packaging meets all regulatory and quality requirements (FDA, ISO, etc.)
* Strong desire to stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to recommend improvements to packaging solutions

*** Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
* Strong interest in medical device packaging and product development with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Basic understanding of packaging design principles and material science
* You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

** The hourly pay range for this position is $26.00 to $29.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
