- Support labeling changes and implementation for medical device products.
- Provide production support related to testing methods, procedures, device specifications, and yield issues.
- Design and improve manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts.
- Identify and implement improvements to reduce production scrap and improve process efficiency.
- Investigate and disposition nonconforming products.
- Analyze production issues, customer returns, and manufacturing problems.

- Experience in a medical device/manufacturing environment preferred.
- Operations or manufacturing engineering experience.
- Experience improving existing manufacturing processes.
- Problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC
. - Experience leading or participating in problem-solving teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience presenting updates or results to leadership.
- Knowledge of statistical software such as JMP or Minitab
. - Packaging experience within a regulated/medical device environment.
