WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Commercial Loan Processor works alongside Commercial Loan Officers, Credit Analysts, and Portfolio Servicers to ensure that new and existing commercial loan requests are efficiently and accurately brought from start to finish. This position also ensures that the originated loan is post-closed through receipt of recorded documents and warehousing of the loan file. Additionally, this position will assist in the opening of business depository accounts and is responsible for providing assistance with various commercial lending tasks as needed while demonstrating a strong internal and external customer service focus throughout.

YOU’LL BRING

Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm at our Plymouth Corporate Office location; non-exempt.

In addition
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or related, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of related experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Experience with credit/business lending, preferred.
  • PC experience including Microsoft Office, Internet and e-mail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-tasking environment, to include organizing and prioritizing work.
  • Ability to work individually and as a team player, being flexible and dependable.
  • Ability to work in a complex, rapidly changing environment.
  • A high level of professionalism while displaying strong interpersonal skills.
  • Required to be compliant with the terms and conditions outlined in Tru Stone Financial’s SAFE Act Policy, which includes the submission of fingerprints, the successful completion of an FBI background check and maintaining current and compliant registration in Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
  • Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
  • Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

The salary range for this position is $23.50 to $29.50 per hour. In addition, we offer:
