Position: Finance Manager (Hybrid)

The opportunity

Finance Manager – United States (Plymouth, MN, hybrid schedule)

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team. The role provides strategic recommendations for the U.S. Finance division, drives the annual U.S. and Global Specialty Lines planning processes, analyzes financial results, manages ad‑hoc requests, and assists with M&A/due diligence.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the annual U.S. and GSL financial planning processes, including analysis and recommendations.
  • Prepare strategic and long‑term forecasted financial statements.
  • Analyze potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, model their impact on financial statements and ratings, and conduct due‑diligence activities.
  • Manage staff development, providing training, technical guidance, performance evaluation, and policy direction.
  • Coordinate and execute special projects for executive and senior business leadership.
The expertise you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree (Post‑Graduate may be required).
  • Progress toward financial certification such as CPCU, CFA, CIA, ACAS, or CPA, with public accounting experience.
  • 6–10 years of related experience, including 3–5 years in a senior or management role.
Benefits

Base salary range: $123,000 – $159,000; $139,000 – $163,000 for candidates in San Francisco, Washington DC, Massachusetts, or New York City metro areas. Additional compensation includes bonus potential.
