- Oversee day-to-day operations related to cash transactions for diverse investor portfolio
- Manage a team ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in investor accounting
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members
- Partner with Director to develop comprehensive training programs
- Serve as primary point of contact for investor inquiries and escalations
- Review and approve complex reconciliations and resolve reporting issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance investor accounting policies
- 6+ years of progressive experience in mortgage accounting or mortgage banking
- 2+ years of people management or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of investor requirements for Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Ginnie Mae/HUD/FHA, CMBS, and life companies
- Solid working knowledge of CRE finance, servicing guidelines and regulations
- Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements and internal control frameworks
- Highly advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, complex formulas, data analysis)
Demonstrates extensive experience in mortgage accounting and investor management, with a strong focus on compliance, team leadership, and operational efficiency. Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
