Position Detail

With over $120 million in assets, Two Harbors Federal Credit Union, located in Two Harbors, Minnesota, is currently recruiting for a senior executive to replace their retiring President/CEO. Reporting directly to the board of directors, the new President/CEO will be charged with overhauling the strategic approach to growing the credit union. The board is seeking a progressive, forward-thinking executive that will instill a new vision, enhance the credit union’s culture, and set a standard of excellence and accountability.

The successful candidate will serve as the face of the credit union in the community, expand lending capabilities, and establish a formal direction for growth. The ideal candidate will have strong board relations experience, a proven ability to build a leadership team, and act as a change agent for this well-established credit union. Five plus years of executive leadership experience and bachelor’s degree is required.
