About

the Role

ENvue Medical is seeking an experienced and clinically credible Director of Clinical Education to lead all training and education efforts for the ENvue Feeding Tube Placement System and associated enteral feeding products. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and executing a national education strategy that spans bedside clinical training, digital and e-learning programs, CME-accredited courses, robust internal team training, and the development of ENvue’s national training center at our Plymouth, MN headquarters.

The Director will manage a small team of Clinical Specialists – Enteral Access & Navigation, work in close partnership with the VP of Commercial and the sales organization, and serve as the company's foremost clinical education authority, ensuring every clinician, sales representative, and internal team member who works with ENvue products is trained, confident, and equipped to deliver the best possible patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Clinical Training & Bedside Education
  • Oversee and personally deliver hands-on, bedside training for clinicians including nurses, dietitians, and physicians on the EnVue Feeding Tube Placement System and enteral feeding products.
  • Develop structured onboarding training programs for new hospital accounts and advanced education pathways for existing customers.
  • Support new account launches alongside the sales team, providing clinical credibility and training expertise at key customer sites.
  • Serve as the primary clinical subject matter expert (SME) for product use, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Internal Training & Team Enablement
  • Design and own a comprehensive internal training program for all EnVue employees whose roles intersect with the EnVue Feeding Tube Placement System
  • Develop and deliver new hire clinical onboarding for the commercial team, ensuring every sales representative can speak fluently and credibly about EnVue products.
  • Build and maintain a formal sales training curriculum covering product mechanism of action, clinical differentiation, competitive landscape, patient selection criteria, and procedural best practices.
  • Create and facilitate ongoing continuing education sessions for the internal team, keeping staff current on product updates, new clinical evidence, and evolving care protocols.
  • Partner with HR and department leaders to integrate clinical education into broader onboarding and professional development programs.
  • Establish and manage an internal knowledge base or resource hub within the LMS so all employees have on-demand access to training materials, clinical references, and product documentation.
  • Design, build, and manage a comprehensive digital learning ecosystem including e-learning modules, on-demand video libraries, and interactive clinical resources for both external customers and internal staff.
