Action Behavior Centers is seeking certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our clinic team in Plymouth, MN 55441. In this role, you’ll provide meaningful, play‑based ABA therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment that values your skills, experience, and growth.

Monday – Friday, daytime hours (8 am-5 pm). May volunteer for occasional Saturdays based on patient needs. - Position Type:
Full‑time

- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- RBT exam already passed
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children
- Get on and off the floor frequently
- Maintain an active pace throughout the day
- Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Commitment to ABC’s core value of teamwork; may occasionally support a nearby sister clinic if needed
- High School/Associate’s Degree: $20.25 – $24.00
- Bachelor’s Degree: $21.00 – $25.50
- Master’s Degree: $21.00 – $28.00
- First raise after obtaining RBT certification (most new hires complete in about three weeks)
- Work one‑on‑one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy
- Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team
- Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities
- Stay active during sessions, moving constantly to stay engaged with children
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space
- Be part of a supportive, mission‑driven team that celebrates progress and growth
