Among our 45+ locations, ACR has 2 homes in Plymouth, 2 in Golden Valley, and 1 in Robbinsdale. Openings vary per home.

Direct care professionals at ACR Homes are based in one home according to their availability and pre-scheduled monthly for a minimum of 2 shifts/week ( approx 12-16 hours). Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Hours that could be available include short morning shifts ( 6-8a, 6-9a ) , day shifts (6am-2pm), evening shifts ( 4-10, 2-10 ), weekend shifts (6a-2pm, 2pm-10pm), overnight awakes (10pm-6am). Some employees choose to work a variety of shifts. Fair share of weekends is required.

Openings vary per home and geographical region.

No experience is necessary.

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have a drivers license and a relatively clean driving record
• You must be able and willing to provide personal care for both male and female clients
• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• You must be able to work independently and you must have interpersonal skills including empathy, responsibility, self-control, good judgment, and overall adjustment
• You must be able to see, hear, speak, interact, and write in English sufficiently to perform the essential functions of the position
• Part-time requires a minimum of 10 shifts/month (2-3 shifts/week) with an increasing number of homes only requiring 2 shifts/week.
• Full-time employees must work at least 38-40 hours per week

$16.00-$18.00/hour for day and evening shifts--dependent on placement location's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable.

$18.25-$20.25/hour for weekend shifts--dependent on placement location's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable.

$18.25-$20.25/hour for weekday awake overnight shifts--dependent on placement location's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable.

$20.50-$22.50/hour for weekend awake overnight shifts (Friday & Saturday)-- dependent on placement location's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable.

Initial Training pay is $14.00/hour for part-time

$18.25-$20.25/hour for day and evening shifts--dependent on placement location's rate exception differential, if applicable

$20.50-$22.50/hour for weekend shifts --dependent on placement location's rate exception differential, if applicable

$20.50-$22.50/hour for weekday awake overnight shifts --dependent on placement location's rate exception differential, if applicable

$22.75-$24.75/hour for weekend awake overnight shifts (Friday & Saturday) --dependent on placement location's rate exception differential, if applicable

Initial Training pay is $16.25/hour for full-time

Full-time Awake Night Bonus: $1250 // Part-time Awake Night Bonus: $500

Full-time: $250 at training completion, $1000 6 months from training completion Must do 5 awake shifts/week

Part-time: $100 at training completion, $400 6 months from training completion Must do 2 awake shifts/week
