Job DescriptionTitle : ECG Analyst
Location : Plymouth, MN
Duration : 4 months+
Remote is OK
Responsibilities- Engage customers/clients/vendors on the specifics of the project
- Coordinate with customers/clients/vendors the schedule for changes
- Liaison between ECG staff and customers/clients/vendors during implementation of change
- Tracking of project status
- Validation of customer/clients/vendor changes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with different groups to drive results
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Knowledge of File Transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP, HTTP)
- Experience with Helpdesk tools preferably HPSM
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
