Are you a Technical Writer with experience supporting Supply Chain, Procurement, or Sourcing teams? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to help document, standardize, and improve critical supply chain processes for a leading organization undergoing operational transformation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, translating complex workflows into clear documentation, and driving process consistency across supply chain operations.
What You’ll Be Doing- Develop and maintain supply chain documentation including:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Work Instructions
- Policies & Procedures
- Process Maps and Workflow Documentation
- Training and Reference Materials
- Partner with sourcing, procurement, supply chain, and operations teams to document current-state and future-state processes.
- Review, update, and improve existing documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Support process improvement and supply chain transformation initiatives through clear and effective documentation.
- Capture business requirements and institutional knowledge from key stakeholders.
- Maintain document repositories and version control within SharePoint and related systems.
- Develop onboarding materials, user guides, and operational training documentation.
- Create content that is accessible and effective for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Technical Writing experience supporting Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing, Logistics, or Operations teams.
- Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, policies, procedures, and operational documentation.
- Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience documenting business workflows and operational processes through stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
- Experience supporting renewable energy, BESS, manufacturing, or industrial organizations.
- Exposure to supply chain transformation or process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working in global or multicultural business environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement platforms.
- Hybrid work schedule.
