Security Systems and Technology Administrator

The Security Systems and Technology Administrator provides the tools to support the Security Systems and Technology of Health Partners Hospital and/or clinic(s) locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin. This position will also support all related systems and technology in alignment with organization-wide vision and operation, and in a manner that supports the organization’s mission to improve health and well-being in partnership with our members, patients, and community.

Maintain a service-based culture among departmental staff and contractors that supports the operations of the organization. Support and maintain systems and technologies that reduce security risks and create a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and team members.

FTE 1.0, 40 hours per week,  Monday - Friday.

College Degree and/or combination of 3+ years relevant experience.

• This position requires familiarity and compliance with matters of law, regulations and internal policies affecting the employment relationship, (including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, discrimination, and harassment laws)
• Working knowledge or ability to learn laws and regulations related to state and federal criminal codes, O.S.H.A., N.F.P.A., Joint Commission, Uniform building codes
• Video surveillance and access control certifications
• Advanced training and/or certification in security systems and technology.
• Proficiency in the operation of computer word processing programs desired;
  Microsoft office suite, SharePoint, Adobe, and others as required.
