The ideal candidate will manage desktop device incidents, oversee IMAC and deskside support services, and provide end-to-end support for desktop devices. Candidates should possess familiarity with ITIL processes and expertise in EUC tools and remote support.
Qualifications include an Associate degree in electronics or related fields, with a Bachelor's preferred. Knowledge of AD and experience with Service Now will be a plus.
