Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and support network services and solutions for consulting clients.
- Build a customer-focused relationship with clients to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate and be a leader across multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery and timely of the scope of work.
- Provide senior level support, maintenance, and administration for customer networks.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of past projects.
- Meet annual billable hour goal, as defined by HBS.
- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise networks in a technical, client-facing or consulting role.
- Experience with installing and supporting Cisco or HP/Aruba networks, including IOS, IOS‑XR, NX‑OS, and core protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, Layer 2/3, Multicast, and QoS.
- Bachelor's degree in Networking, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
- One or more of the following certifications: CCNP, CCA‑C, VCA‑DV, MCA or equivalent level certifications.
