Account Coordinator

Position Summary

Our goal at CVS Health® is to create a connected, convenient and compassionate health experience for all individuals. This role supports Implementation Managers, Product Development, Network Operations and related teams in determining the most appropriate system setup for our clients. The Implementation Specialist analyzes client requirements against internal processes to create viable setups, coordinates programming and UAT testing with IT when necessary, and manages the standard reporting package and renewal processing for each client.

The Implementation Specialist:

• Analyzes client requirements and internal processes to recommend viable system setups that meet client and partner needs.
• Works with IT on programming design and UAT testing for complex setups.
• Configures and runs the standard monthly reporting package for all clients and brokers.
• Negotiates essential requirements for non‑standard plan selections and aligns group setups within the Meritain system.
• Consults with internal staff to communicate new business and revision details, and validates account structure.
• Completes accurate and timely set‑up of complex account structures and benefit plans for multiple constituents.
• Monitors the internal installation process, maintains case tracking, and meets constituent expectations and business goals.
• Runs adhoc data programs to streamline group and eligibility file setup and audit customized group enrollments.
• Maintains data files for monthly group reporting, ensuring PHI guidelines are followed.
• Participates in testing related to enhancements or changes to the ER/EO/GIM data files.

• 1–3 years of healthcare industry experience, preferably in Operations, Customer Service, Claims, or Plan Build.
• Experience with the DOS system.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel for analyzing and matrixing group setups.

• Background using the DOS system.
• Salesforce experience.
• Excel expertise.

BA degree preferred or minimum High School Diploma or GED.

The typical pay range for this role is $46,988.00 – $. The actual offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. The position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay.
