Media Group Communications is currently seeking a Project Manager experienced in the telecommunications/information technology industry.
Media Group Communications' environment is fast moving, very social, and highly creative. Employees wear a lot of hats: from process development, liaising with influencers, community growth, to record keeping. A successful candidate will bring energy to the office and clients, will contribute to the company's growth and success, and as such, will develop a larger role for themselves in the company.
The Project Manager will report to the Director of Operations on a daily basis.
Qualifications- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Great verbal and written communications skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a given time
- Ability to work as a team, but also independently and self-directed
- Manage assigned projects from ramp-up to completion; planning and executing the projects within the project's parameters and ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
- Delegate project tasks to the Project Coordinator team, such as technician assignment, on-site support, and collecting and quality checking deliverables.
- Maintain continuous contact with customers, end users, and additional stakeholders. This includes communicating tracking reports, metrics, job progress, and issues or concerns.
- Provide technical and/or engineering support on an as needed basis. Support may include but is not limited to physical installation instructions, network troubleshooting, and Digital Signage configuration.
- Provide client training on Company systems.
- Provide training to internal Project Team Members and field technicians as needed.
- Lead client monthly meetings and develop client monthly reports.
Attend weekly team meetings with a high level of contribution & organization. - Become an advocate of the Company online and offline; includes social media spaces, engaging in dialogues, and answering questions where appropriate.
