- Learn company products, Order Entry procedures, and ERP systems.
- Understand workflows between Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other departments.
- Process basic orders with guidance and increasing accuracy.
- Independently process standard orders and change orders.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ERP systems and order documentation.
- Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve order discrepancies.
- Manage a full workload with minimal supervision.
- Quickly identify missing or incorrect order information and drive resolution.
- Build strong working relationships across departments.
- Consistently maintain high levels of order accuracy and productivity.
- Serve as a reliable resource for order processing and issue resolution.
- Anticipate potential problems and proactively prevent downstream impacts to manufacturing and customers.
- Order Accuracy & Process Excellence – Ensures customer orders are entered, validated, and processed accurately while maintaining high attention to detail and adherence to established processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partners effectively across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other business functions to resolve issues and ensure successful order execution.
- Problem Solving & Execution – Identifies and resolves order-related challenges proactively while managing competing priorities and delivering timely results.
Successfully balancing accuracy, speed, and customer responsiveness while managing complex orders, frequent change requests, and coordination across multiple departments and systems. To overcome these challenges, the individual must leverage strong organizational skills, proactive communication, attention to detail, and growing technical/system knowledge to identify issues early, drive resolution, and ensure smooth order execution.

High School Diploma or equivalent; strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude; ability to follow detailed procedures; excellent organizational and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business systems; ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Preferred Skills & ExperienceExperience supporting Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Technical Service functions; manufacturing ERP experience; order management experience; familiarity with industrial or engineered products; ability to interpret technical specifications or drawings.

As a Order Entry Representative you will be offered pay of $21.00-$24.00 depending on experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to overall performance of the organization.
