Daikin Applied is hiring a Sourcing Manager II to join our Plymouth, MN team in a hybrid role (3-4 days in the office). You will lead strategic sourcing efforts, negotiate supply agreements, and drive cost savings across OEM, modifiers, solutions and aftermarket categories.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of procurement experience in HVAC or a related field, strong negotiation, analytics and project management, plus a Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain.
