Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Buyer II to join their team. As a Buyer II, you will be part of the procurement department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, proactive problem‑solving, and excellent collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:
Plymouth, MN. HYBRID (4 days onsite and 1 day remote)
Pay Range: $30/hr - $33/hr on w2
What's the Job?
- Manage purchasing and procurement of direct materials including raw materials, electronics, plastic tubing, and labels.
- Review pricing, lead times, and issue purchase orders using ERP systems such as SAP.
- Update and maintain master data in ERP systems, including lead times and quantities.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address invoice issues and maintain inventory levels.
- Participate in weekly status reviews and support cross‑functional teams to ensure procurement goals are met.
What's Needed?
- 2-3+ years of direct materials purchasing experience, with familiarity in managing purchase orders and supplier communication.
- ERP system experience, specifically SAP, is required.
- High School diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred or extensive professional experience. - Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong reliability, independence, and ability to work with limited supervision.
