Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Plymouth, MN. In this role, you'll maintain hard floors and carpets in a large retail environment while learning professional floor care techniques and operating specialized cleaning equipment.

No floor care experience? We can train the right candidate.

Location:

Plymouth, MNPay Rate: $16.00 per hour Weekly Pay on Friday Shift

Schedule:

3:30 AM - 12:00 PMFull-Time (40 Hours Per Week)
Consistent 5-Day Schedule Monday & Tuesday Off Weekend Availability Required Early Shift - Enjoy Your Afternoons Free What You'll DoOperate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment

Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, and routine maintenance

Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas

Perform restroom and general cleaning duties as needed

Follow safety procedures and equipment guidelines

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment

Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation required

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds

Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment

Strong attendance and reliability

Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Previous cleaning, custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or floor care experience is helpful but not required
