is recruiting for a hospitality focused Community Renovation/Refurbishment Project Specialist to join our team! In this role you will lead the full lifecycle of apartment turnover and refurbishment projects - ensuring every space is refreshed with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.
You Will- Lead and delegate tasks to Apartment Turnover staff based on strengths and skillsets.
- Track project performance and ensure timely, successful completion of both short‑and long‑term goals.
- Operate with strong financial awareness - meeting budget targets, adjusting plans as needed, and aligning decisions with resident preferences.
- Manage vendors, contractors, materials, and costs with a focus on value and accuracy.
- Partner with the Finance Director to allocate project costs appropriately for each apartment.
- Review materials and contractor pricing routinely to secure the best options.
- Provide consistent project updates to the Marketing Team and Plant Operations Director.
- Define project scope, forecast resources, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Utilize leadership skills daily to guide teams and maintain project momentum.
- Support campus operations - using low‑speed vehicles when needed.
We’re looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented professional who takes pride in delivering quality work.
- A high school diploma (technical schooling preferred).
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally with full lifecycle project exposure.
- Experience in process improvement and optimizing workflows.
- Strong time management, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools/methodologies.
- A valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
- A team‑oriented mindset—with a commitment to resident satisfaction at the core.
