Forklift Operator, Material Handler

Schedule:
Monday‑Friday 4:00 am‑12:30 pm, rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change and may require overtime.
- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment when handling commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment on tall racks.
- Remain on the move and work on your feet for extended periods; overtime may be required.
- Follow all safety policies and operating procedures to contribute to a culture of safety.
- Assist other departments (e.g., e‑commerce, inventory, will‑call) as business needs require.
- Perform other related tasks as directed by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally; may need to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling barrels and agricultural tires. Must work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, self‑retracting lifeline. Exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes associated with tires, automotive parts, and lubricants is possible.
Qualifications- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse/logistics or related experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally
- Ability to exert up to 40 pounds of pushing force with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment
- Adherence to all company safety policies and state/federal transportation and manufacturing regulations
- Forklift certification (or ability to pass certification)
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
- Team‑player mindset
- Successful completion of pre‑employment drug test (no THC testing)
