Warehouse Material Handler

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday 4:00 am‑12:30 pm, rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change and may require overtime.

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment when handling commercial tires.
• Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
• Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment on tall racks.
• Remain on the move and work on your feet for extended periods; overtime may be required.
• Follow all safety policies and operating procedures to contribute to a culture of safety.
• Assist other departments (e.g., e‑commerce, inventory, will‑call) as business needs require.
• Perform other related tasks as directed by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally; may need to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling barrels and agricultural tires. Must work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, self‑retracting lifeline. Exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes associated with tires, automotive parts, and lubricants is possible.

• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse/logistics or related experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally
• Ability to exert up to 40 pounds of pushing force with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment
• Adherence to all company safety policies and state/federal transportation and manufacturing regulations
• Forklift certification (or ability to pass certification)
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
• Team‑player mindset
• Successful completion of pre‑employment drug test (no THC testing)
