Job Description

As an Experienced Manufacturing Technician on 2nd shift here at Honeywell
, you will play a vital role in supporting our aerospace manufacturing operations in Plymouth, MN. You will be responsible for performing skilled manufacturing tasks to ensure the production of high-quality aerospace components and assemblies on the 2nd shift schedule.

You will report directly to our Manufacturing Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes, contributing directly to the production of critical aerospace products that meet stringent industry standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform skilled manufacturing operations including assembly, inspection, and testing of aerospace components.
  • Follow established work instructions, safety protocols, and quality standards to ensure product compliance.
  • Identify and report any production issues or defects to maintain high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency.
Qualifications

The annual base salary range for this position is $49,600 - $74,400. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

  • Experience working with aerospace manufacturing standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
