Machine Operator

1st Shift, Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM

Requirements and Qualifications

Reliable attendance and consistent transportation.

Ability to stand and sit for up to 8 hours and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Comfort with basic paperwork and accurate record-keeping.

Ability to read a ruler, measure accurately, and understand fractions.

Able to read, write, and understand English.

Prior production or assembly experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate).

Duties and Responsibilities

Set up and operate production/sealing equipment.

Check measurements and confirm materials match job specifications.

Maintain quality and production standards.

Keep accurate production records.

Clean work area, recycle excess materials, and dispose of trash daily.

Follow all company safety policies.

Assist with additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
