: $23.50 – 25.00 based on benefit inclusions
The Production Assembly Technician is responsible for the assembly, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of electromechanical products and systems. This role supports production, quality, and engineering teams by ensuring defect-free product delivery, maintaining technical documentation, and driving continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities- Perform electromechanical assembly, cable harnessing, soldering, box builds, and system integration.
- Assemble, program, configure, test, and troubleshoot electronic and mechanical systems.
- Conduct fault isolation, root cause analysis, repairs, and product diagnostics.
- Complete system checkout, validation testing, and documentation of test results.
- Support production schedules, material readiness, and timely customer deliveries.
- Coordinate engineering changes, technical documentation, and manufacturing updates.
- Serve as a liaison between production, engineering, quality, and contract manufacturing partners.
- Support quality assurance, process improvements, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) initiatives.
- Maintain technical data packages, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
- Assist with field testing and validation activities as needed.
- Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
- Candidates without a degree will be considered with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant assembly, production, electronics, or manufacturing experience.
- Part 107 Certification required within three months of employment.
- Experience with cable assembly, soldering, wiring, box builds, or electromechanical production environments strongly preferred.
