Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and support collaboration related services and solutions for consulting clients
- Build a customer-focused relationship with client
- Work as a member of the HBS Collaboration Team that provides consultative and proactive project support
- Collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure successful and timely delivery
- Provide support, maintenance, and administration for HBS' customers
- Maintain current vendor/industry specific certifications and stay current on new products
- 6 months to 1 year in a technical related field, internship, or equivalent
- Associates degree, equivalent certifications or equivalent work experience
- CCNA or Equivalent
- Working knowledge of one of the following Collaboration solutions (Cisco On Prem and/or Webex, Zoom Calling, Microsoft Teams Voice)
Demonstrates expertise in collaboration solutions such as Cisco On Prem, Webex, Zoom Calling, and Microsoft Teams Voice, while maintaining relevant certifications. Proven ability to build customer-focused relationships and collaborate effectively across teams to deliver timely project support.
