We’re looking for skilled CNC Programmers / Process Technicians who enjoy solving manufacturing challenges, creating and improving processes, and working hands-on with CNC machining and personnel. If you have strong machining experience, understand what it takes to get a job from print to production, and enjoy helping a team work smarter, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:- Program and support CNC machining operations across milling, turning/lathe, grinding and/or Swiss machining using Mastercam.
- Develop and maintain clear, accurate machine setup instructions, tooling requirements, and work instructions.
- Troubleshoot machining and process issues and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and repeatability.
- Lead small projects and cross-functional groups focused on continuous improvement.
- Help develop and improve processes from initial setup through production.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and manufacturing excellence.
- Associate’s degree in Machining / Machining Technology (AA or equivalent).
- 3 or more years hands-on experience programming CNC machines, including experience with any of the following:
- CNC Mills
- CNC Lathes
- CNC Grinding
- CNC Swiss
- Ability to create detailed, easy-to-follow machining setup instructions and work instructions.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, materials, and CNC programming and setups.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and lead small teams or improvement initiatives.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with machinists, engineers, supervisors and production personnel.
Qualifications:
- Mastercam experience.

Position is located nearby the Plymouth, Minnesota area.
Hourly rate: $40.00 to $50.00 (Depending on experience)
Must be able to pass a background check.
