Job Description

This role focuses on assembling small components for a variety of units. You will be working in a clean, climate-controlled production environment. You will follow detailed work orders, use hand and power tools, and perform basic computer-based tasks to ensure each unit meets quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small parts and components according to work orders and production specifications.
• Read and interpret work orders, instructions, and documentation with strong reading comprehension.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
