New Product Introduction Pilot Operator III
This role will be supporting new production introduction projects at our Plymouth, MN facility.
Your role- Operate development equipment for the purpose of assembling and processing development products
- Assist the development teams to define process procedures and the process parameters
- Measuring and recording process parameters once established
- Accurately documenting all required entries in the Lot History Record
- Complying with Good Manufacturing Processes with regard to material labeling, SOPs, and proper segregation of material in the production process
- Some experience in cleanroom production assembly environment is preferred
- Ability to routinely use a microscope
- Good hand to hand and hand to eye coordination
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work in a regulated environment and understand Standard Operating Procedures
- Works will with others and independently
First shift role working Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an onsite role.

- Pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $20.00 to $30.00, plus overtime eligibility.
- Base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
- Other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
