This is not a warehouse or forklift position.

This is skilled, hands‑on production work where attention to detail, craftsmanship, and problem‑solving matter every day.

You’ll be working with:

• Large-format printers
• CNC cutting equipment (Colex)
• Laminators and finishing tools

Every job is a little different — and the quality of your work is visible to our customers every day.

• Operate large-format printers, laminators, and CNC equipment
• Prepare materials (cutting, cleaning, laminating, painting)
• Weed and apply vinyl graphics with precision
• Trim, mount, and finish final products
• Follow and verify work orders for accuracy
• Help maintain an organized, efficient production area
• Partner with the owner and production lead/manager to build and maintain production processes, helping shape how work flows through the shop as we continue to grow

• Take pride in doing things right the first time

• Try to find the solution and bring options
• Enjoy building positive relationships and works well with others to keep communication clear and production flowing

• 1–2 years in sign production, printing, or similar hands‑on work

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable using tools and production equipment

• Prefer repetitive, low-detail work
• Dislike fast‑paced environments
• Need constant supervision or direction

• $20–$28/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
