As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Allina Health Restorative Suites
, you’ll help residents maintain independence by assisting with personal care, daily activities, and treatments. You’ll take documentation care, support activity programs, and report changes in condition to the RN. Part‑Time, working a varying schedule including weekend.

• Days 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Evenings 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Nights 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

$19.83 – 24.72 / hour depending on experience.

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN
• Document services performed on computerized charting system
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor
• Perform additional tasks as needed

• Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification required and in good standing on the registry
• Selected candidates are required to pass background checks
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English fluently
• Ability to work a consistent schedule
