12 Hours – Night Shifts

• At least six months of travel nursing experience.
• Licensed RN in the state where the practice is occurring or possess multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Ability to work 14‑week contracts with option to extend or transition to another Sanford site.
• Will be paid weekly, stipend included in the weekly pay rate.

The Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning/implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized care.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing nursing care to patients in all phases of preventive, diagnostic, treatment and follow‑up care.
• Collaboration with inter‑professional colleagues and physicians to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Planning and coordinating care, patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Operating within the scope of nursing practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act and state regulations.
• Adhering to the Sanford Professional Nursing Practice standards and the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses.
