The Operating Room RN will be present and circulate for all surgical and endoscopic procedures performed in the Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Eligible for a $1,000 Sign On Bonus

Join our team as a Casual Operating Room Registered Nurse, supporting our five Surgery Centers located in Woodbury, Eagan, Vadnais Heights, Plymouth, and Minnetonka. In this role, you will have a designated home base is our and will float to other locations as needed, providing exceptional patient care and teamwork across our network.

This is a flexible, casual role—you'll have the opportunity to pick up shifts based on your availability and department needs, with no set or guaranteed schedule.

• Required to collect, interpret, record, and communicate pertinent data that are relative to the patient's care in the operating room.
• Utilizes data collected to plan for intraoperative nursing care.
• Provides direct care to patients to meet their physical and psychological needs.
• Continuously evaluates the patient's response to nursing interventions and modifies the nursing plan of care to achieve optimal outcome.

Summit's hiring range for this position is $40.77 to $54.33 per hour. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. Bachelors of Nursing (required)

Associates of Nursing (required)

Minimum of 6 months of Operating Room (Scrubbing and Circulating) experience required. Orthopedic and/or pain management experience is preferred.
