Superior Hospice is seeking a Part-Time Hospice Visit Nurse (RN) to provide routine hospice visits in patients' homes and related settings across Minnesota. You will perform assessments, manage symptoms, educate patients and families, and document thoroughly in EMR.
The ideal candidate holds an active Minnesota RN license with hospice or end-of-life care experience, and can work independently in the field with strong communication and critical thinking skills.
