In-Home Infusions/Injections Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Infusion RN to support two clients in the Isle and surrounding area with the potential of a third client added. The current need is every other Friday, with both visits totaling approximately 7–8 hours
. The first two hours of each shift are paid at $50/hr
, with $45/hr for all remaining hours. This nurse will also case manage both clients, including plan of care development
, 60‑day reassessments
, and supply ordering
. Mileage will be appropriately compensated. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys autonomy, relationship‑based care, and a predictable, low‑frequency schedule.

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with professional standards.

- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
- Active RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Previous experience in a home health or acute care setting is advantageous.
