Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care in assisted living settings under supervision of registered nurses, advanced practice providers, or physicians.

  • Perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, and ensure residents' health, comfort, and safety.
  • Document resident interactions, monitor outcomes, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Recognize problems, suggest solutions, and respond effectively in emergent situations.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with residents, healthcare team, and families.
  • Communicate clearly, provide resident education, and support self-care programs.
  • Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current licensure, and preferred experience in long-term or sub-acute care.
  • Skills required include clinical competency, strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
