ABOUTTHE ROLE
Senior Operations Manager
We are seeking a software QA engineer to validate ENvue software releases, ensuring stability and compliance.
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing and production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S).
- Oversee the full supply chain lifecycle from raw material procurement through finished goods distribution.
- Build and manage supplier relationships, including qualification, audits, and performance reviews.
- Partner with R&D, QA, and Product teams to support new product introductions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of progressive operations experience, with at least 5 years in medical device leadership.
Lean Six Sigma certification, NPI in regulated environments, and Class II/III device manufacturing.
Personal AttributesStrategic thinker, team builder, and data-driven decision-maker with deep regulatory knowledge.
